This website promotes the video game Futbolero: Football Career Simulator. Nothing is sold here: the game is bought on Steam, under Steam's own terms of sale.

The texts, images, logo, screenshots and other content on this website belong to the owner or are used with permission. Feel free to share the screenshots and links to talk about the game. For any other use, get in touch.
The clubs, players, competitions and national teams in the game are fictional. Any resemblance to real names is a tribute and does not imply any relationship with those clubs, leagues or federations. Steam and Discord are trademarks of their respective owners.

This website links to Steam and Discord. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their content.

We try to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but the game is in development and some details (figures, modes, dates) may change.

What data we process and why
- Technical data about your visit, such as your IP address, browser and the page you request. The server and network that deliver the website log this automatically so that it works and to protect it from attacks and abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are deleted automatically after a short time.
- Emails you send us: your address and whatever you tell us, only to reply to you. Legal basis: your consent when you write to us (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). We keep them as long as needed to deal with your message and then delete them.
We do not sell or share your data with anyone, and we do not use it to send you advertising.

To run the website we use these providers, who process data on our behalf:
- IONOS (web hosting, servers in the European Union).
- Cloudflare (network that delivers the website and protects it from attacks). It may process data outside the EU, in the United States, under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
- Proton (email, servers in Switzerland, a country recognised by the European Commission as providing adequate protection).
